Our clients can utilise e-Volve Online to report on the status of a purchase order, manage their cost codes, view a list of every product on back order, update the location of a particular company asset or track the warranty and licenses associated with these assets - all at their own convenience.

Key functions of e-Volve Online

Search – allows customers to actively search our extensive catalogue of over 450,000 products from a comprehensive range of over 475 manufacturers to find the right solution for their business. Transparent pricing allows customers to benchmark competitive products and ensures they always receive the best price on their purchases.

Quote – customers are able to generate instant, obligation-free quotes online. This allows them to make real-time business decisions. Most large organisations have procurement policies in place stating at least three different quotes are required on every product needed to ensure competitive pricing is secured. This process takes weeks, even months, with our local competitors due to the manual task involved in going direct to each vendor or reseller to complete the process. e-Volve offers a consolidated solution which fast-tracks everyday activities.

Order – customers can turn any quote into an order when they are ready to make the purchase. Most orders of confirmed stock that are placed before 2pm will be delivered the next day, regardless of the location throughout Australia (please note some heavier items will be required to go by road which may increase the transit time – for urgent deliveries please discuss your options with your account manager).

Invoicing and statements – all invoices and statements are sent electronically through e-Volve Online. This reduces the paper trail and gives users quick access to past invoices if they are ever needed.

Asset Management - A major benefit of using our online portal is the extensive tracking capabilities that make asset management a reality.

For example when a piece of hardware, software application license or maintenance agreement is expiring in 3 months, e-Volve Online automatically generates an email to the client advising of the expiration, empowering the client to take control of the renewal process before expiry.

As our clients procure through e-Volve Online, a database of critical asset and warranty data is created which can be viewed online or extracted in report at any time. Where a warranty claim needs to be made and proof of purchase is required, IT Managers would usually need to speak to a person in the relevant finance division and request a paper copy of the original invoice matched to the serial number of the product. Using e-Volve Online, this information is at their fingertips. They can search by invoice, serial number or even by the original purchase order and view, print or send a PDF of the proof of purchase identifying the serial number back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer’s contact details are also visible on screen when making that warranty claim online.

Reporting – All data generated during the procurement process is fully accessible for online viewing and retreival via e-Volve’s secure client portal. This allows us to access a wide range of reports to assist our customers in their planning and internal reporting. Reports including the highly demanded back order report which gives daily updates on all products that are on back order and customers can request a client value report which shows how much their business has saved by using e-Volve corporate technology for their IT procurement requirements.

Resolve - A major component of the application which differentiates e-Volve corporate technology from its competitors is "Resolve". Resolve is a real-time support tool that manages email communications and monitors client activities.

Resolve allows all communication to be recorded to ensure the seamless flow of information between our customers and our team.

Xplanner - All of our customers run numerous IT projects throughout the year. We have developed a valuable tool that allows our customers to create and cost their projects more efficiently and effectively.

Xplannner allows customers to plan out the costs of a project by generating quotes specific to a project. To assist our customers with project control and governance we are able to grant authorisation responsibilities on all projects to ensure project managers can request sign off on all quotes before purchasing rights are granted.

e-Volve Corporate Services encompasses additional, value added facilities designed to simplify and enhance the overall procurement process. How does it work?

  • Users register with their company registration code to receive their unique id
  • Users can then search for products online
  • After selecting the items that they wish to buy they simply add these to their shopping cart and pay online using their credit card
  • Goods are delivered via courier to the nominated delivery address, in stock products that are ordered prior to 2pm are delivered the next day anywhere in Australia
