Trained, experienced, certified IT specialists who work directly with your organisation and people.
Operational & Technical Advice
Alignment of your IT goals with your resources and the business goals, consulting and best practice advice.
Account Support Plan (ASP)
Documentation of the service, roles, responsibilities and IT specific information tied to your business need, updated and reviewed regularly.
Support Activity Review
Onsite review sessions to discuss support activity and trends, evaluate progress on ASP recommendations and detail environment changes.
Firmware and software management
Analysis of software and firmware updates and recommended implementation.
System Health checks
For selected systems or OS, tools to assess system parameters and performance, report findings and make recommendations to improve.
