The use of this site constitutes your (the "User" or "You" or "Your") confirmation and acceptance of these terms and conditions of use. MyEvolve reserves the right to vary or prohibit access to this service to any user at any time.

Confidentiality

The information contained in this site is confidential to the trading relationship between My e-Volve, the User and the relevant manufacturer/vendor. You undertake to keep any information accessed or used from this site confidential and not to divulge it to any third party without My e-Volve's prior written consent.

Privacy

You must also comply with your obligations under the Privacy Act 19…. (as amended) in relation to the collection, use, disclosure and distribution of all personal information. You must not do anything that might cause MyEvolve to be in breach of the Privacy Act.

Access

You are responsible for managing and safeguarding User access to this facility and assume liability for any unauthorized use or access on Your account.

Accuracy

My e-Volve does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any of the information on this site and accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions in such information. You undertake to make your own enquiries to verify the accuracy of any information 'you' view or obtain from this site before relying upon it. In the event that you become aware of any errors or inaccuracies in the information on this site, please advise us immediately at sales@e-volvetech.com

Not to be used for any other purpose

This site and the information contained within it are provided solely to assist and facilitate the transaction of Your Technology business with My e-Volve.

Release & Indemnity

You irrevocably and unconditionally release My e-Volve from any and all liability for any claims for loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, that You or others may suffer arising from Your use of this site or from Your use or reliance upon any information contained on the site.

Amendment of Terms

MyEvolve reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice and therefore recommends that you read them carefully each time you access this site.

Returns & Exchanges

Care must be taken to ensure that correct brand and product choice is made, as all goods are delivered directly by the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s distributor. All returns or exchanges of goods are subject to their return conditions which are:

  • Change of mind is not considered a valid return reason.

  • Customer must notify MyEvolve via an online Return Request for any Products they wish to return within 5 days from the invoice date for the products, with all details relating to the return including reasons for the return.

  • MyEvolve is entitled to supply certain special Products on a “No Returns Basis”.

  • The expression ‘No Returns Basis’ means the MyEvolve will not accept returns on these Products.

  • Products found to have a fault upon delivery are classed as “Dead On Arrival” (DOA). MyEvolve must be notified of these faults within 5 days of delivery. Failure to provide notification will exclude the product from being classed as DOA.

  • Standard failures or warranty returns, not DOA, are to be handled directly between the customer and the product vendor/manufacturer.

  • A ‘no fault’ product (No Fault Product) is a Product returned by Customer in circumstances where the return is not due to the fault of MyEvolve or any fault with the product.

  • Returns of ‘No Fault Products’ must be unopened and in pristine condition with all seals intact.

  • Returns of ‘No Fault Products’ will incur a Restock Fee of at least 30% of the product invoice price.

  • If Packaging is opened, only good which are confirmed as faulty (within 5 days of receiving your order) by the manufacturer will be considered for return or exchange

  • All products (both defective and non defective) must be returned in their original purchase conditions, with the original packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.

  • IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.

  • Freight for the return is at the customer’s expense. All freight incurred on the original delivery is still applicable and will not be refunded.

For credit card purchases, the same credit card used to make the purchase will be credited with the refund. The credit will be made within 5-7 business days of us receiving a acceptance of return from manufacturer or the manufacturer’s distributor.
