It's easy to make a purchase at our web store. For your convenience, we accept a VISA and MasterCard. However we only accept cards that have been issued in Australia or New Zealand. Please note that all our advertised prices are in Australian dollars inclusive of GST.

Returning Products Purchased Online

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely prior to accepting delivery and before opening the factory sealed product packaging.

Since all goods are directly delivered by manufacturer or the manufacturer's distributor, we would strongly recommend contacting the manufacturer directly for a faster exchange or return.

Purchasing by Minors

For the protection of our shoppers, it is our policy to not sell to minors. If you are under the legal age of majority (18 years) and wish to purchase from our online store, please have a parent or legal guardian make the purchase for you.

Misprints

We do our best to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate information. In the event that an error does occur, we reserve the right to correct or cancel an order at any time, and/or edit an order to reflect the correction, and/or correct the error on our web site. In the event that you are shipped an incorrect product, we will gladly accept the unit back and offer you a full refund.

Manufacturer Advertising Rebate Policy

Any applicable taxes are calculated and payable on the price before rebate. Applicable postage must be paid on mail-in rebates. Rebates payable in New Zealand dollars are subject to currency fluctuations and may be subject to Australian bank processing fees. MyEvolve is not responsible for manufacturer mail-in rebates
