Bridging Now to Next – National Reconciliation Week 2025

Each year from May 27 to June 3, Australians reflect, acknowledge, and take action during National Reconciliation Week (NRW). These dates mark two of the most significant events in our nation’s reconciliation journey: the 1967 referendum and the 1992 Mabo decision. These milestones continue to shape Australia’s present and future.

At e-volve, we embrace this time to deepen our commitment to reconciliation and to stand in solidarity with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. This year’s theme, Bridging Now to Next, is both a call to action and a hopeful reflection. It invites all Australians to draw strength from our shared past as we shape a more just and inclusive future.

“National Reconciliation Week reminds us that progress is made when we walk together with respect, intention, and an openness to change. Bridging now to next is a shared journey and one we are proud to be part of.”
– David Simpson, CEO, e-volve

Reconciliation is more than acknowledgement. It is about action. Bridging Now to Next encourages us to look back, learn, and carry those lessons forward into the choices we make, the relationships we build, and the future we imagine.

“At e-volve, reconciliation is part of who we are and how we grow as a team, as a business, and as Australians. This week is a powerful reminder that we can all help shape a stronger future, together.”
– Martina Simpson, Sales Director, e-volve

We encourage our staff, partners, clients, and broader community to engage with the resources and stories shared during NRW 2025. Learn about the significance of repatriation, explore First Nations histories, and support the voices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in your workplace, community, and everyday life.

Let’s continue walking the bridge from now to next, grounded in respect, united by purpose, and committed to the journey ahead.
